William Gilliard

William L. Gilliard III joined Clement, Crawford & Thornhill, Inc. as a Sales Associate in April of 2005. His primary focus is residential & commercial sales and leasing. Prior to joining the Clement Crawford & Thornhill, William served eight years in the U.S. Army as a distinguished non-commissioned officer in the field of Logistics Management. While serving in the Army, he graduated from Hawaii Pacific University in 2003 earning his A.S. Degree in Marketing and a B.S. Degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining the firm he was a Sales and Operations Manager with the Hertz Corporation in Dulles, Virginia.
Professional Background
William is a native Charlestonian. After serving in the Army and attending college in Hawaii, he decided to return to Charleston to pursue a career in commercial real estate and become an integral part of the business community. Since joining the team, he has exceeded expectations and dedicated himself to the real estate field. In his first several months, he managed to secure various residential and commercial listings and is aggressively pursuing viable prospects for his clients. In addition to his assertive work ethic, William has completed the CCIM intro course and plans to work diligently toward obtaining the coveted CCIM designation. In continuing his formal education, he plans to attend graduate school in 2006 to begin working on his MBA.
