The Sprout serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, desserts, beverages and smoothies. That means you can sustain your healthy lifestyle by choosing The Sprout! All of our menu items are served in a prepared, “grab-and-go” style which are available in reach-in coolers and packaged in 100% biodegradable and compostable containers. The Sprout specializes in convenience! Because our menu is seasonal, we can prepare and present fresh, organic and whenever possible locally grown menu items. Our smoothies are made from 100% organic ingredients with no artifical sweetners. We also serve Charleston Coffee Roasters organic coffee.

Company History

The Sprout is owned and operated by Chef Mickey Brennan and Caroline Brennan. Mickey is a certified chef and has been in the restaurant business his whole life. Caroline has a vast knowledge and background in health, yoga, fitness and management. Together, with additional staff, The Sprout team creates a perfect stop for a healthy meal or smoothie. It is our intention to be a leader in sustainable practices for the food industry. Our commitment is to make it easy for you to enjoy organic foods with as little waste as possible. Our packaging is completely biodegradable and compostable. We have used many sustainable, “green” finishes in our space and we are dedicated to make a very small footprint on the earth.
