Rivendell Woodworks & Gallery features furniture, lighting, rugs and pottery in the Arts & Crafts style. Unique fabrics are available to be custom made into pillows, runners, bedspreads, etc. Pottery from over 20 different artists is a mainstay of the gallery, as are handcrafted tiles, both new and antique.Much of Rivendell's unique jewelry is made by local artists, and beautiful silver jewelry is also available. Hammered copper pots and plaques in the style of Stickley and the Roycrofters are featured. Unique Tiffany and mission style lamps and chandeliers are available. Rivendell also has a section of books about the Arts & Crafts period, as well as cards and artwork representative of that style.

Company History

Located at 29 Broad Street, Rivendell Woodworks & Gallery opened its doors in March of 2005. Although its owners have been making and selling furniture via the internet since 2001, the gallery is their first retail location. Since opening, Rivendell has become well known as South Carolina's only Arts & Crafts period gallery. Rivendell specializes in solid oak and cherry handcrafted furniture in the Craftsman, or Mission, style, as well as Shaker and English Country design furniture. The furniture is available only through Rivendell.
