Through her work with clients in both large and small markets throughout the east coast, her expertise includes retail tenant representation, lease negotiations, acquisitions and investment sales. Prior to founding Classic Realty Enterprises, Lucrisa worked with industry leaders such as: Retail Properties, Inc., New Market Development Company, Scott Hudgens Companies, Jones Lang LaSalle, and General Growth Properties. She has an extensive background in supervising and leasing new and existing projects ranging from special/mixed use and regional strip centers to downtown urban redevelopments and enclosed regional malls.
