Professional Background

I started out many years ago in lumber sales. My father owned Riley Lumber here in town. He sold it after 12 years to BFS and stayed on to manage, I could have stayed but would be transfered to Charleston. My children were young at the time and I really did not want to be gone for 10 or more hours a day. So, I went to work for a custom builder in town. I really enjoyed my job I learned another side of the building industry. I worked there for 6 years and my husband of 20 years got Lukemia and lived four months. I took care of him and did not go back with the builder. After he passed I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do with the rest of my life and I decided to sell Real Estate. This is the best choice I have ever made. I love it!
