Company History

Lone Oak Development, Inc. has been building homes since 1992. We place a heavy emphasis on planning so our homes are built in a timely fashion without compromising the high quality that you deserve. Our homes usually take about 5 months to complete. We use specially selected materials so our homes remain low maintenance and are built to last. These homes have 9' and 10' smooth ceilings, generous porches, custom-designed kitchens, granite countertops, hardwood and tile floors, high quality wood trim and crown molding, double sinks and whirlpool tubs in the master bath. These homes range from 1,800 sq. ft. TO 4,500 sq. ft. and in price from $350,000 - $800,000 +.
