Joe Klingensmith, a realtor since 1975, has lived on Seabrook Island for the past eighteen years. He moved from Hilton Head Island where he founded Islands Vacations, a real estate sales and rental management company. Joe feels more comfortable as a consultant and a real estate professional. He listens to his clients, and then helps them find that special property. Joe believes in developing long-term relationships by creating a satisfying experience for his customers. Passionate about sailing and living in places of great beauty, Joe has lived in San Diego, Newport, San Francisco, and Geneva, Switzerland, but Seabrook remains his favorite. He says it has been a pleasure for him to watch these beautiful islands become lovelier with each passing year.
