Do you enjoy working out, but hate committing an hour or two each day? What if you could work out just three days a week for only a half hour each time? What if you could get more results with half the time and commitment? One Lowcountry man has figured out a way to do just that. Chris McNeil has expanded his Charleston business, Faster Fitness, to Summerville. The philosophy behind Faster Fitness is to do one thirty-minute workout three times per week with a personal trainer. In the beginning a program director conducts a personal fitness profile - an assessment of body fat, aerobic capacity and flexibility.
