Originally from Sumter, South Carolina Eric Vaughn excelled as a musician at an early age. Upon graduating from Sumter High Eric went on to the University of South Carolina where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Music Education. Meanwhile, throughout his teen and college years Eric developed an interest in sales and marketing, so after graduating he entered the business world as an Account Executive for an international leasing company that eventually brought him to Charleston. It didn’t take long for Eric to develop a sincere appreciation for the Lowcountry and its extraordinary homes and land, so in 2006 he earned his real estate license and began working immediately with Sandlapper.
