Success
I spent the first 30 years of my adult life working for the public as a civil servent at Charleston Naval Shipyard. Many of you will recognize my face and will remember both my husband, Herman, and me. When Charleston Naval Shipyard closed I felt drawn to a second career in the Real Estate World of Century 21. The training and support of this company has prepared me to serve the Buyers and Sellers of this community in purchasing scores of homes. In today's competitive sales market, the Accredited Buyer Representative training is of the utmost importance to the buyers that I represent. When working on behalf of a seller that experience provides me with negotiation skills that are necessary to bring both Buyer and Seller into agreement and get the property sold in the right amount of time and for the right price with the least amount of disturbance possible.
Professional Background
My 14 years as a Charleston Realtor with Century21 has prepared me to serve the Buying and Selling Public with all of their Real Estate needs. In this real estate market both buyers and sellers have decisions to make that need to be informed decisions provided by a trained agent that cares for the clients they represent. This service is my goal and my pledge to you is to share that service with you as a Accredited Buyer's Representative or as the Listing agent. The training required by and provided by Century21 is recognized as the most trusted agents in the world. Use this trust to your advantage whether buying or selling.
